The representative of the Supreme Leader in Iraq considered the holding of preliminary meetings before holding the congress to be a requirement of every conference and expressed the creation of different circles with different titles and desired specializations from the authorities and authorities of every conference.
He pointed out: providing the list of authors who are related to the representative office can be of great help in this direction, and in this regard, Mr. Mohsenzadeh, deputy research representative of the representative office, can cooperate with the congress secretariat.
Re-emphasizing the all-round participation in the Congress, he said: The formation of different pre-meeting circles in different centers is an effective condition for the implementation and better realization of the goals of the Congress Secretariat.
Ayatollah Hosseini emphasized: The research deputy, having the list of authors, will invite them to participate in discussions and present articles, and even prepare for preliminary meetings, and prepare and compile scientific topics that are desired by the scientific secretariat of the Congress.
