After welcoming, greeting and thanking the officials of the Allahmah Behabadi for their efforts, Dr. Ruzbeh said, ‘A nation’s attainment of greatest depends on how well it understands, safeguards, and transfers its past to the subsequent generations. Strong and sustainable trees grow on sturdy roots. Looking at the past should be for building a better future. Our capital must be transformed into a means to move towards the future. Allahmah Behabadi was an influential personality in the shaping of our civilization, so, the reviving of his thoughts and ideas is incumbent upon all.’

Regarding Iraq, he said, ‘Our destiny is intertwined with that of the Iraqis. The identity of our Iraqi brothers must be preserved. Iraq being active in various areas is what we want, as it is one of the central pillars of the Islamic civilization. We must pay careful attention to this point. We must focus on unity with regards to academic and cultural activities, and with regards to shared personalities, such as Allamah Behabadi. We must also act in a wise manner concerning these affairs. Allamah’s intellectual and interactive management style must be derived from his works and mannerisms. This would be an excellent initiative, as his style can be a model for our times. You must abstract and create models in various areas. These intellectual and civilizational models can then be used to invite Orthodox Christians, such as Russian Orthodox, towards Islam and Shiism. They will also welcome such invitations.

In our opinion, Allamah’s model for reviving the Islamic civilization and global community is a very appropriate one. Christianity has power but it lacks new ideas for wise governance. We must have academic and intellectual interactions and dialogues with Christian countries. And the model that we propose to them must be in simple language, thus being easily understandable and attractive.’
