I didn't study much about Mala Abdallah; Only to this extent, I know that he was one of the scholars of his era and wrote the Margin of Logic. Regarding the edge of their logic, I will tell you what happened to me; One day we were in the class of the late Adib Neyshaburi[2] when he told us that he wanted to start a new lesson in the afternoon and asked us for our opinion on teaching each of the lessons of laws, subjects and margin. As a result, everyone said that margin should be taught and he too They started the margin; I too, who had not read the margin until then, seized the opportunity and appeared in the late Adib's classroom; Unfortunately, his classroom was closed for some reasons before reaching the comparison discussion.

Professor Mohammad Hossein Hashemtpour [1]
Thank you for your time. Please explain about the scientific personality of Allama Mala Abdallah Bahadi.

Even though I didn't complete the marginal lesson; But it had many blessings for me to the extent that I was able to teach the logic of Muzafar and then the logic of Asharat, which is very heavy, then the logic of Shafa with ease. I have always told students not to leave the marginal book and read it even with its margins; In my opinion, the marginal book is a book that should not have been removed from the field. Maybe in the future, the students will realize that this was a mistake and go back to the old system and read many books such as Mutoul, Marginal and the like.

What has made philosophy and logic difficult is not the content of these sciences; Rather, it is the type of writing of the past, which, of course, was not bad writing. Ibn Sina warns the teachers of his book in the book of references that I am not satisfied to teach my books in two categories: 1- Those who do not have talent; 2- Those who have talent, but are looking to attract disciples and make a clash.

Professor, in the current situation, what is the need for classical texts such as Marzib Mulla Abdallah?
In the past, students did not waste any time studying; If someone who studies philosophy for, for example, five years, has actually studied for one year and a few months, and the rest of the days were off; For this reason, my opinion is that it is not advisable to spend a lot of time on the margin; Because the marginal book can be read in less than a year; Therefore, I believe that the teaching of old books should remain in its strength and it is not advisable to abandon these valuable books.

What is the difference between the logic of Mulla Abdallah and the logic of the ancients like Ibn Sina?
My opinion is that in reading logic, what is important is to read each of these books well, and it does not matter whether it is the logic of Mulla Abdullah or his old logic books. Because what matters is practicality.

The birthplace of Aristotle's philosophy is the West. When this knowledge reached the hands of Muslims, innovations were made in it. Does Islamic logic have any special characteristics or differences compared to Aristotelian logic?
Avicenna has worked on Aristotelian logic directly, not indirectly, that is, he has taken Aristotle's logic and written Shafa; In fact, Abencina was not an explanation of the basics, but he also gave an opinion; Nevertheless, Abencina says that no change has been made in Aristotle's words, and he raises this issue himself at the end of the Sophiste, that this book of Aristotle's logic is so strongly written that no one has been able to change it until today.

As for other books, as it is known, all logical books are almost imitations of healing; Only the study description book has changes and presented a new logic and its method is different from other books.

Sheikh Eshraq also made brief changes in the logic of Hikmat al-Eshraq, which are not significant in my opinion; In my opinion, the description of the study of Al-Anwar in al-Maqq has not done much, although much importance has been given to this book, but it has only arranged the contents; Therefore, Aristotelian logic has not yet been criticized, regardless of what Westerners claim.

How successful is the margin of Mala Abdallah compared to Taftazani's text itself?
It seems that it is almost from the description of Taftazani's logic; The margin is different from the description; The description almost completely opens the article, but the margin does not; Even though Malabullah's logic was marginal, in my opinion, he explained this marginality; This book is written so strongly that it has completely clarified the matter; In my opinion, maybe it is because the literature of Mala Abdallah was good.

How important is the annotation culture for today's domains?
In my opinion, the benefit of the margin is that it clarifies the content completely in a limited time and with less than one line; I teach healing now and have a manuscript that has a small margin but is still useful.

A point to be noted is that the use of some descriptions is less than the margin; If the use of margins is more popular, of course, this matter depends on the annotator.

What is your suggestion for correcting the new version of Abdallah's margin that is attractive for today's students?
The attractiveness depends on the hard work of the students, which unfortunately has not been worked on in the field; The student should try not to get bored and study these useful materials; Also, my suggestion is to conduct a research on the margins themselves and select the top seven or eight margins so that we have a text for the researcher who reads outside of logic.

Some believe that the words of Mala Abdullah are the words of Khwaja Nasir al-Din Tusi; From your point of view, is it true that Mullah Abdallah did not innovate in the science of theology?
Certainly, in the way that Mullah Abdallah was proficient in logic and caused the creation of a valuable work such as the margin of logic, he also has many other works in the same way, but what is available from his verbal data is in the form of margins that are mediated by others.
